David A. Tapp took the oath of office on November 22, 2019, as Judge of the United States Court of Federal Claims.  Judge Tapp was nominated by President Trump on March 1, 2019, confirmed by the Senate on November 5, 2019, and appointed by the President to a 15-year term on November 19, 2019.  The oath of office was administered by Chief Judge Margaret M. Sweeney.
