Filing the Administrative Record

When transmitting a copy of the complete administrative record to the court via JEFS (Justice Enterprise File Sharing - Box) pursuant to ¶ 23 of Appendix C, RCFC, the United States must send the access link to the following email address:

CFC_File_Share@cfc.uscourts.gov

Please make sure the shared files are clearly labeled with the case name, case number, and the name of the documents being shared, e.g., Administrative Record, Corrected Administrative Record, Supplemental Administrative Record.

Please also note the filing requirements of Appendix C, RCFC:

  • Upon sharing the administrative record via JEFS, the United States must file with the court via CM/ECF:
    • a certified index of the AR; and
    • a certificate of service that the administrative record has been served on the court and on the parties. App. C, ¶ 23.
  • The United States must file with the court via CM/ECF or via a portable storage disc or drive:
    • the complete administrative record within 7 days after the entry of judgment. App. C, ¶ 28.
